Turnkey solar power plants for industry, business and government – engineered, built and maintained by one experienced team.
Altura Energy is a forward-thinking renewable energy company delivering end-to-end solar EPC solutions. We design and execute high-performance solar power projects for commercial, industrial and government clients – combining engineering excellence with sustainable practice.
30+ years of combined leadership experience in solar EPC

Cut the biggest line on your operating cost with captive or zero-investment solar.

Solar for offices, malls, hospitals, hotels, schools and warehouses.

Turn unused roof space into a power plant – on RCC roofs or metal sheds.

Utility and open-access scale plants on open land, from feasibility to grid connection.

Solar EPC and O&M for government departments, PSUs and public institutions.
We study your bills, load profile and site before we design – so the plant delivers the savings it promises, year after year.
Lower costs // Full transparency
Executed cumulatively by our team
One team takes responsibility for the whole plant – so nothing falls between contractors.
Site assessment, system design and energy yield analysis before a single module is ordered.

Tier-1 modules, quality balance-of-system components and managed logistics to site.

Civil and structural works, electrical installation and system integration – safely and on schedule.

Testing, grid synchronisation, then monitoring and maintenance for the life of the plant.

What sets Altura apart is an experienced leadership team with over 30 years of combined expertise in solar EPC – strategic project planning, technical design excellence, a strong vendor network and proven execution capability.

From full ownership to zero investment – we help you pick the most cost-effective structure.
You invest in the plant and consume the power yourself. The highest long-term savings and full ownership.
A developer invests in and owns the plant on your site. You only pay for the solar power you use, at a tariff lower than the grid.
An Independent Power Producer builds a plant to sell electricity to DISCOMs or industrial buyers under a power purchase agreement.
Solar plants for government departments and PSUs, executed to tender specifications with full documentation.
Scheduled inspections catch faults early; when an alarm is raised, we diagnose the root cause before we repair.
Daily generation tracking and monthly performance-ratio and availability reports you can share with your finance team.
Cleaning schedules matched to site soiling, plus thermal imaging and IV curve testing to find hidden losses.
Recently awarded 20 MW of O&M in Gujarat and across India – for plants we build and plants built by others.

Industry-certified components, strict quality control at every stage, safety-first execution and full regulatory compliance – ensuring reliability and sustainability in every project.
PPE, toolbox talks and documented safety procedures on every site.
Quality modules, inverters and BOS from established manufacturers.
Documentation for DISCOM, inspectorate and nodal agency approvals.

Owning your plant gives the biggest savings; RESCO gives savings with zero investment. Here is how to decide.

A well-built plant can still lose several percent of its output every year without proper operations and maintenance.

The lowest quote is rarely the cheapest plant. Use these questions to compare EPC proposals properly.
Everything from start to finish: site assessment and design (engineering), sourcing modules and components (procurement), civil and electrical works (construction), and testing, grid connection and handover (commissioning). With Altura you have one partner responsible for the whole plant – and we can maintain it afterwards.
In the Captive model you invest in the plant and use the power yourself, which gives the highest long-term savings. In the RESCO model a developer invests and owns the plant on your site, and you pay only for the power you use at a tariff lower than the grid – so there is no upfront investment. An IPP (Independent Power Producer) builds a plant to sell power to DISCOMs or other buyers. See our business models page for a side-by-side comparison.
Yes. Under the RESCO model the plant is funded and owned by a developer, and you sign a long-term agreement to buy the power at an agreed tariff. We help you evaluate whether RESCO or Captive gives better value for your site.
As a rough guide, rooftop solar needs about 80–100 sq ft of shadow-free area per kW, and ground-mounted plants need roughly 3.5–5 acres per MW depending on the design. We confirm the exact capacity after a site survey.
It depends on size and approvals. A commercial rooftop system is typically installed within a few weeks once material is on site, while MW-scale ground-mounted plants take a few months including civil works and grid connection. We share a detailed schedule with every proposal.
Yes. We prepare the technical documentation and coordinate with the DISCOM, electrical inspectorate and state nodal agency for approvals, metering and grid synchronisation.

Share your site details and electricity bills. We will come back with a design, generation estimate and a Captive vs RESCO comparison.
